Merry x-mas and "šťastné a veselé"

Merry Christmas to all of you my dear friends, classmates and most of all my dear followers, who find that time in a busy day to click and read those few sentences I wrote and kindly comment on them. Thank you all! And to all of you I wish the merriest and happiest x-mas filled with LOVE, piece and joy, some yummy food and cookies, presents and kisses underneath the mistletoe!

before the year is gone

Before this year is over I'd like to share with you some of my last x-mas photos.

Well, actually mostly the pics of our festive table which I love love love very much.

The combination of gold and white with everyone having a very own candle light and a napkin folded into a tree shape is super x-massy to me.

Kombinacia zlatej a bielej, k tomu mal kazdy tanier vlastny svietnik a servitku poskladanu do tvaru stromceka - vianocna idylka :)

the simplest thing

Hello you! How did you spent Christmas, lovelies? I bet you had a blast - eating loads, drinking loads and unwrapping loads of presents - am I right? But isn't the most perfect time just to be home with your family and a Christmas tree? Well, judge me, but my bro and I were messing around on the Christmas Eve and look how funny pics came out. Wish you all a very nice after-x-mass happiness and relaxation!
Ahojte! Tak ako ste stravili tohtorocne Vianoce? Urcite ste sa mali priam fanfarovo - vela ste jedli, vela ste pili, a tak isto ste si aj vela otvarali darceky - ze? Ale nie je nahodou ten najkrajsi cas ten, kedy sme vsetci doma, s celou rodinou a vonavym vianocnym stromcekom? No, v kazdom pripade, posudte sami ako sme s mojim bratom blbli v cas vianocny a pred tym ako sa u nas podavala stedrovecerna vecera sme este nafotili tieto zabavne fotky! Tak a teraz Vam uz len zazelam stastne a vesele posviatkovanie! Hlavne aby ste si oddychli, aby Vam splasli bruska a nacerpali sily na Silvestra :)

Sometimes I wish it was possible to add music into the photo, so you can listen to the same Christmas songs as I did while snapping these pics!

The perfect atmosphere to have a date or just to stroll in a snow and smile around.

I was rushing to have a glass of Gluhwein with my friend, who I haven't seen in ages. And oh my, nothing has changed :)

Niekedy si zelam, aby bolo mozne vlozit do fotky hudbu, ktoru prave vtedy pocuvam. Bohuzial to este stale nie je mozne, a tak Vam to tu len opisem, ako uplne dokonalu vianocnu atmosferu dnesneho vecera.

Vonku padal sneh, svetialka svietili, na Hlavnej ulici sa ozyvali koledy a ja som mala na ponahlo na rande s kamoskou, ktoru som nevidela roky.

A viete co? Nic sa nezmenilo, znovu ako keby sme mali 13 a sedeli spolu v lavici :D

Vianočky na trhu, part 1.

Sometimes it's hard to capture the moment, but sometimes pictures just speak for us.

I hope my case is gonna be the second option as I was trying and snapping everything I saw and tasted the other day in Dresden Christmas Market.

For everyone Germany represents something else. The top cars, beer, science and education? For me, Germans are the best in doing Christmas! Especially Christmas atmosphere in the proper x-mas market - oh the best!

So girls and I got into a car and in less than 2 hours we were in Dresden! Here you can see some of the delights we've seen and tried, the rest is coming tomorrow:)

Niekedy je tazke zachytit ten spravny moment, ale niekedy to ide velmi lahko a fotky hovoria same za nas. Ja dufam, ze mojim pripadom bude ta druha moznost, lebo vcera som sa snazila co to dalo, aby som vsetko co sme videli a ochutnali odfotila a zachytila tu pravu vianocnu atmosferu na vianocnom trhu v Drazdanoch.

Nemecko pre kazdeho reprezentuje nieco ine. Bud su to skvele auta, pivo, mozno veda a vzdalanie? Pre mna su to jednoznacne Vianoce, pretoze si myslim, ze tu pravu vianocnu atmosferu nezozeniete nikde inde len v Nemecku (a Rakusku).

A tak sme sa 4 dievcata rozhodli, ze tento rok pojdeme pozriet vianocne trhy v Drazdanoch. Nasadli sme do auta a o necele 2 hodiny sme boli na tom carovnom mieste! Co sa dialo potom, Vam snad povedia fotky a zvysok zajtra!

Samozrejme Gluehwein bola nasa prva zastavka v krasnom hrnceku, ktory som si samozrejme doniesla domov! Dievcata ochutnali malinove vino, ja som ostala pri tradicnom.

and the very first window is opened!

December finally arrived and I could open the first window on my advent calendar as a very first thing this morning!  Kinder always brings love to my tummy so I guess I couldn't be happier:) Girls and I are off to Dresden to import some x-mas spirit! Will definitely keep you posted! PS: Happy birthday to my dear friend Zuzka!!!
Tak som sa konecne dockala a prisiel december a s nim aj prve okienko na mojom adventnom kalendari, co bola uplne prva vec, ktoru som dnes rano urobila! Dnes sa s dievcatami chystame do Drazdan, aby sme tu doniesli nejaku tu vianocnu naladu a hrncek z vareneho vina :)

first x-mas lights

First x-mas lights arrived to Prague and I was happy to discover them with my friend Petra.

Writing about x-mas today as it is 24th November, which leaves us only with 1 full month for shopping, preparation and wrapping the presents up!

Prve vianocne svetielka dorazili uz aj do Prahy a ja som mala to statie, ze mi ich ukazala moja kamoska Peta.

Specialne dnes pisem znovu o Vianociach, nakolko je 24.novembra, z coho vyplyva, ze mame presne 1 mesiac na to, aby sme vymysleli, nakupili a zabalili vianocne darceky!

Zacali ste uz s vianocnymi nakupmi? Alebo si ich odkladate na neskor?

just 2 more months!

You know as we all get really upset and annoyed by the fact that already in September shops are fully packed with x-mas candies and chocolates? Of course, everyone is complaining that the summer didn't even end and we HAVE TO think about winter and more especially X-mas. I take everything into consideration but still can't help it, but looking at it from my never-ending optimists point of view, I am actually very happy that x-mas candies are arriving to the stores that early! At least we can enjoy them longer! And THE LONGER - THE BETTER, right? So I went to Lidl the other day, to do just some grocery shopping and couldn't resist stopping by the X-mas shelves and once I discovered my guilty pleasure - Domino Cubes - nobody could persuade  me that Christmas hasn't arrived yet. I'm writing this post especially today, as it is 24th October and only 2 MORE MOTHS to go!
Do you also have some guilty pleasure which you are enjoying especially during X-mas holiday?

Vsetci to velmi dobre pozname, ako sa v nas rozprudi krv, ked uz v septembri najdeme na polickach v obchodoch mikulasov a adventne kalendare, ze? Samozrejme ze sa kazdy stazuje na to, ze este leto ani neskoncilo a my sme uz obklopeni zaplavou cokolady, konfekcii a adventnych kalendarov, ktore nam pripominaju, ze zima uz prichadza a s nou aj Vianoce! Aj napriek tomu, ze vsetky tieto argumenty su opravnene a hlavne rozumne, ja - ako nekonecny optimista, mam predsa len iny nazor! Ja mam vlastne velke potesenie z toho, ze si niektore z mojich oblubenych sladkosti mozem vychutnat uz od septembra. Ved ako sa vravi - CIM DLHSIE, TYM LEPSIE, no nie? A tak som sa vcera vybrala do Lidla, kde som si potrebovala nakupit zopar potravin typu cestoviny a banany, a ked som presla okolo policiek s vianocnymi vecami, neodolala som. Hlavne ked som tam nasla moju najoblubenejsiu vianocnu sladkost - Dominove kocky! Mnam! Padli za obet, to Vam tu ani pisat nemusis, je to nad slnko jasne:) Dnes Vam pisem tento odkaz v specialny den. Neviem ci ste si vsimli, ale este 2 MESIACE a su tu VIANOCE!!!
